Pricing: Delivery fees shown are estimates only. Final delivery fees are confirmed after we calculate distance (km) and assess access conditions.
Access & delivery: If access is difficult (including stairs, steep driveways, long distances from parking, elevators, or restricted access), an additional handling fee may apply.
Damage & responsibility: Hired items must be returned in the same condition they were supplied (fair wear and tear excepted). The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage during the hire period.
Weather protection: All hired games must be kept completely dry and protected from rain, moisture, damp conditions and wet ground at all times. The hirer is responsible for providing suitable cover and ensuring games are not exposed to weather. Any damage caused by exposure to rain, moisture or water may result in additional charges.
Weather & safety: Outdoor hires are at the hirer’s risk. All items must be used safely and under adult supervision where required.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change booking details, please contact us as soon as possible. Fees may apply depending on notice period and scheduling.
Privacy: Your information is used solely to process this enquiry and to contact you regarding your booking.
