A refundable security hold fee may be required for certain bookings. The fee is charged one week prior to the event date and is refunded after the hire period, provided all hired items are returned in good condition.

The security hold amount will be advised at the time of booking approval and may vary depending on the size of the booking, items hired, event type and location.

The security hold may be used to cover, but is not limited to:

• Loss of theft of hired items
• Damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Missing components
• Excessive cleaning required
• Damage caused by misuse, weather exposure, moisture or wet ground

If no issues are identified upon collection and inspection of the hired items, the secutity hold will be released or refunded in full within a reasonable timeframe.

By proceeding with a booking, the hirer authorises Inside Out Games Hire to retain part or all of the security hold where necessary to cover repair, replacement or additional costs inccured.
